Matthew 26:36-57 & Galatians 5:22-23 — Our world today is somewhat confused when it comes to self-control. In some areas of life it is highly prized and in others it is actively discouraged. The Apostle Paul tells us that self-control is the fruit of the Holy Spirit’s work in the Christian’s life and all through the Bible we see why it is so important.
In this sermon we explore what self-control is, what happens when it’s absent and how we’re able to achieve it. We also take time to consider what self-control accomplished for us in the life of our Lord Jesus Christ.
