Luke 12:10-12 — “Take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: for the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.” In this part of Luke’s Gospel, Jesus warns against blaspheming the Holy Spirit and He talks about the grace that the Holy Spirit would give the disciples in their greatest hour of need. What it means to “blaspheme the Holy Spirit” is not always well-understood, and so hopefully this simple message can bring some clarity as well as being a reminder of just how wonderful the Spirit is.
