Titus 2:7-8 — “In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works...” After giving Titus instructions for various groups within the church, Paul gives instructions to Titus for the exercise of his ministry. He addresses Titus’ personal conduct and his teaching. In doing so, the Apostle gives a word to Christian leaders everywhere.
If you exercise spiritual leadership in some capacity, you would do well to pay attention to what the Lord says in these two verses. You have a great responsibility for which the Chief Shepherd will hold you to account.
